REPS offers preventative maintenance contracts to all of our customers. Preventative maintenance is vital to keeping your equipment running at peak performance when you need it most.Let our factory trained technicians inspect your equipment so that you can have peace of mind that your operation isn't halted by equipment failure during the busiest time of service.  There is two different types of PM contracts, "Premiere" and "Limited".


Limited+
Does not include labor for repairs to equipment

Cooking Equipment

Ranges
Inspect for clogged pilots and clean as necessary
Inspect for clogged burners and clean as necessary
Inspect for loose, hard to turn, or broken gas valves and quote repairs
Adjust air shutters as necessary for proper air to fuel ratios

Ovens "Convection/Standard"
Inspect thermostats for accuracy and calibrate or qoute repairs
Adjust air shutters as necessary for proper air to fuel ratios
Clean or replace clogged or worn out pilot assembly's
Inspect electrical circuits for burnt or worn out insulation
Inspect switches for wear and qoute repairs
Replace burnt out lights
Adjust doors and closure systems
Inspect gaskets for air leaks
Inspect motors for wear

Fryers
Adjust air shutters as necessary for proper air to fuel ratios
Inspect thermostats for accuracy and calibrate or quote repairs
Inspect electrical heat circuits for worn out or burnt wiring
Visually inspect vat for leaks

Broilers/Salamanders
Adjust air shutters as necessary for proper air to fuel ratios
Inspect burners for cracks or gas leaks
Inspect pilots and repair as necessary
Inspect gas valves and knobs and quote repairs

Steamers
Inspect for water leaks
Inspect for proper steam PSI
Inspect electrical circuit for any damages
Inspect door gaskets
Inspect for any clogs resulting from scale build up
Clean scale build up**

Mixers
Inspect belt drive system or transmission where applicable
Inspect electrical circuit for damage
Inspect for oil leaks

Toasters and Warmers
Inspect electrical circuit for damage
Inspect heat elements for wear and quote repairs
Inspect belt drive for wear or damage and quote repairs


All other equipment
Visually inspect unit
Inspect electrical circuit for damage
quote repairs for failing, failed, or worn equipment parts and or accessories

Refrigeration
Inspect condensers
Change changes filters monthly
Inspect evaporator for cleanliness and clean as necessary***
Inspect drains for clogs or algae
Inspect thermostats for accuracy and calibrated or quote repairs
Inspect gaskets and quote repairs
Inspect Ice machines for loose or broken covers, algae or mold growth, and quote repairs
Inspect Walk-ins defrost cycles, door heaters, and fan relays

Dish machines and related equipment (Booster Heaters)
Inspect wash tanks for debris
Inspect wash arm for clogs and repair as necessary
Insect for water leaks
Inspect water and drain solenoids
Inspect electrical circuits for damage
Inspect thermostats for accuracy and calibrate or quote repairs
Inspect heaters


*Customer is responsible for overtime rates
**Boiler scale removal is an addition fee
***Ice Machine cleaning are an additional fee
+Prices are made on a case by case basis depending on the amount of equipment that each customer wants to include in the contract
